A leading highways service provider in the UK seeks a proactive Team Leader for their Construction team in Cheshire East. This position involves overseeing end-to-end highways improvement projects, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with NEC contracts, and leading various teams to uphold safety and quality standards.
Ringway Jacobs is offering an exciting opportunity for a proactive and skilled Team Leader to join the Construction team in Cheshire East.
As a key member of the team, you will report directly to the Construction Manager, overseeing the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of end-to-end highways improvement projects across the borough.
This role is vital in ensuring that supervisors, operatives, and supply chain partners are supported and empowered to carry out their work safely. You will lead a variety of activities, ensuring that all operational elements meet the required standards and align with the service’s policies and strategies.
Your responsibilities will include managing both major and minor projects, ensuring strict adherence to NEC contracts, and overseeing budgets and change management processes.
