Job summary

Optimal Maintenance Limited in London is seeking a Construction Talent Acquisition Manager to expand and manage our subcontractor network across trades, ensuring they meet standards and regulatory requirements. You will source, vet, onboard, and maintain compliant subcontractors, coordinate interviews and assessments, and track progress using CRM tools while aligning with safety and service standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in recruitment, supply chain, or vendor management.
• Experience in construction, facilities management, or property services desirable.
• Strong subcontractor management and compliance knowledge.
• Ability to manage high-volume recruitment pipelines.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Source, identify, and approach new subcontractors across trades.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment from contact to agreements.
• Develop and maintain pipeline of qualified subcontractors.
• Coordinate interviews, references, and assessments.
• Ensure compliance, safety requirements, and client standards.
• Maintain CRM records and SOPs; work with Operations and Finance on terms.
• Nurture long-term relationships and address onboarding concerns.
