Job summary

Kier Group, a leading construction specialist, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join the Construction recruitment team in Northampton, with regular travel across Essex and Birmingham and regular home working.

You will deliver a proactive, strategic recruitment service, partnering with hiring managers to place the right people, reduce agency spend through direct sourcing, and build high-quality talent pools.

Qualifications

• Recruitment experience across Construction, specifically Build.
• Proven direct sourcing methods and candidate attraction.
• Experience in high-volume recruitment.
• Strong stakeholder management across multiple levels.
• Proactive, initiative-driven with attention to detail.
• Experience with recruitment systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high-quality in-house recruitment service and sourcing candidates.
• Provide market insights and expert advice to hiring managers on effective recruitment strategies.
• Build excellent relationships with stakeholders and HR colleagues.
• Drive down agency costs through direct sourcing and build high-quality talent pools.
• Act as a positive brand ambassador, promoting Kier as an employer of choice on social media.
