Role Overview

This role provides technical support and advice during the construction phase for key customers, projects, and sectors.

Responsibilities
  • Provide customer consultation on technical execution, resolving unforeseen issues and on-site situations.
  • Ensure system integrity where company products are used.
  • Advise customers on warranty requirements.
  • Travel to construction sites, customer locations, and head office to resolve technical issues and attend meetings.
  • Make critical technical decisions independently, safely, and promptly.
  • Guide customers and internal teams with technical expertise, instilling confidence in solutions.
  • Offer project-specific technical guidance during construction.
  • Support complex inquiries and review bespoke details.
  • Contribute to FAQs and technical documentation for UK operations.
  • Collaborate with Drywall Site Technicians, Technical, and Commercial teams to provide support.
  • Share insights to improve offerings and services.
  • Lead knowledge-sharing sessions on technical issues and best practices.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Extensive experience in the construction industry, with knowledge of similar products.
  • Ability to build trust and strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Excellent communication skills for explaining technical information persuasively.
  • Practical, reliable technical support skills.
