Job summary

Mace is seeking a Construction Supervisor to oversee site safety and quality on a major infrastructure project in the South-West region. You will review works, audit compliance, and use Eco online for reporting, while coordinating with internal and client teams.

The role requires strong HSE, quality, commissioning and buildability expertise, NEC4 contract knowledge, and proven leadership across multi-disciplinary delivery. A CSCS/SMSTS background is desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience on major infrastructure projects in live environments.

Responsibilities

• Direct site safety and ensure compliance with client and industry standards.
• Review, record, and audit ongoing works and prepare documentation.
• Attend programme and project meetings and use Eco online for reporting.
• Lead contractor management, track progress, and manage risk controls.
• Inspect and certify quality of workmanship; manage handover and snagging.
• Investigate non-conformances and drive resolution of defects.
• Witness testing/ commissioning activities and manage acceptance.
• Support materials testing and ensure compliance with RAMs and specs.
