EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW
As our Construction Supervisor, you’ll create and sign RAMS documents, support the Oren Operations teams through hazard resolution, on-site issues, risks, emergency situations, and technical support, ensuring compliance.
You’ll also be responsible for H&S on site, providing recommendations and information for improvement works to enhance performance, health and safety, and efficiency of schemes. You will work closely with our H&S team and adhere to company policies.
Additionally, you’ll identify improvement opportunities within your area and take ownership to implement changes that improve service and quality, while managing project budgeting, material ordering, and expenses.
The role covers the Nottinghamshire region but may require travel across the UK and occasional overnight stays.

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU
To succeed, you should have a proven track record in construction site supervision, knowledge of construction health and safety, and experience delivering toolbox talks.
You should come from a civils background, be able to produce RAMS documents, and be proficient with Microsoft Office.
You’ll need to be confident in decision-making, target-focused, and capable of delivering excellent customer service. A full UK driving license is required as travel is involved.
