Location:Glasgow (with hybrid working options)

Overview:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Projects & Infrastructure Lawyer to join a nationally recognised team that advises on high-profile developments across sectors such as clean energy, transport, healthcare, education and regeneration. This is a chance to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking group that supports clients through every phase of the project lifecycle.

Role Requirements:
Experience:

• Advising on PFI/PPP contract management, including variations, refinancing and expiry
• Handling secondary market transactions in the PFI/PPP space
• Working on infrastructure M&A and commercial contracts in the infrastructure sector
• Supporting projects in the renewables and net zero space (e.g. solar, wind, EV, energy from waste)

Skills:

• Ability to manage complex transactions with multiple stakeholders
• Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to client service
• Interest in contributing to business development and team growth
