Job summary

Advanced Engineering in the Newark/Bilsthorpe area is seeking a Site Supervisor for a 3-6 month contract, £350 per day outside IR35. Mon-Fri, on site.

You will assist and coordinate health and safety on site, manage paperwork, control contractors, inductions, and keep drawings and project management records organized. You will also arrange site visit logistics and provide admin support to project managers, handling routine document formatting and supplies.

Qualifications

• SMSTS or SSSTS qualification with experience as a site supervisor.
• Experienced Site Supervisor from a construction background.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and hitting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assisting and co-ordinating health & safety on site.
• Running the paperwork on live construction projects: Control of contractors, daily project report, toolbox talks, contractor inductions.
• Looking after document control: drawing registers, project management platforms, keeping everything in the right place at the right time.
• Coordinating site visit logistics for internal staff and subcontractors, from prep to follow-up.
• Providing daily admin support to project managers: daily diary management, meeting coordination, keeping the operational wheels turning.
• The usual mix of office admin too: accident and time work stats, office supplies, and formatting the odd document.
