Job summary

NMS Recruit Ltd t/a Russell Taylor Group is seeking a Freelance Construction Site Manager to work on a project in the Preston area. You will be responsible for the delivery of the Joinery package on a new build school project.

Applicants must have a Joinery background, CSCS Manager (or Skilled Blue/Gold Joinery) Card, First Aid and SMSTS. Start date around week commencing 3rd August and will run for a couple of months minimum. Rate - £260 per day (CIS).

Qualifications

• Joinery background is essential.
• CSCS Manager (or Skilled Blue/Gold Joinery) Card required.
• First Aid and SMSTS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Joinery package on a new build school project.
• Oversee site activities and coordinate with subcontractors.
• Ensure health and safety compliance on site.
