A leading company in the construction sector seeks an experienced Site Manager for an 8-week contract in Dunoon/Oban. The role involves managing an EWI/Roughcasting/Rendering project on Council House stocks and requires essential SMSTS certification alongside experience in housing projects. Candidates with a background in housebuilding or refurbishments will be favored.

8 weeks Contract Site Manager - Dunoon/Oban - Argyll & Bute.

Looking for an experienced Site Manager to manage a EWI/Roughcasting/Rendering project on Council House stock.

Will consider candidates who have experience of:

Architects

Clients

Reporting project deliverables through trackers, digital forms etc...

Excellent Customer service experience, Planning and managing sub contractors.

You will be delivering External Wall Insulation (experience not essential if your have worked on Roughcasting or Rendering projects, but must have current housing projects experience.

Certificates

SMSTS is essential and First Aid, Scaffold Inspections are desirables.

Must have experience in housebuilding or House Refit/Refurbishments.
