Errington Legal in London is seeking a Senior Associate (Construction, non-contentious) to handle high-value UK projects with hybrid working. You will draft and negotiate project documents, including standard form contracts and bespoke arrangements, and mentor junior colleagues.

The role requires 6+ years PQE across non-contentious construction matters, with exposure to development, investors or housing as a plus. You will also participate in business development and client delivery.

Qualifications

• 6+ years PQE in non-contentious construction
• Experience with standard form contracts
• Experience with development/investors or housing is advantageous

• Work on high-value construction projects mostly in the UK but also internationally, negotiating and drafting project documentation and contracts including all standard form contracts and bespoke arrangements
• Work across sectors includinghealth, care, education, sustainability and renewables as well as real estate, housing & accommodation, property investment and commercial property
• Supervise and mentor junior colleagues
• Play an active role in business development

You

• 6+ years PQE
• Experience of a wide range of non-contentious construction matters including all standard form contracts
• Experience with development, investors or housing and accommodation an advantage
