Job summary

Talent Chief is recruiting a Principal Recruitment Consultant to lead construction placements from Bristol. You’ll build a new desk, win new clients, map the market, and shape the branch’s growth while supporting existing client work.

You’ll identify opportunities, develop long-term relationships in construction, and deliver top-tier candidates. The role includes management of multiple accounts, hands-on team-building as you scale the Bristol operation.

Qualifications

• 360 Agency experience with construction recruitment is a must.
• Strong knowledge of the construction sector and market.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with construction companies and contractors.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and key industry stakeholders.
• Present recruitment solutions and value propositions to prospective clients.
• Understand client staffing requirements and advise on market trends and talent availability.
• Deliver top-tier candidates within the industry to clients.
• Build a robust pipeline of clients and candidates through networking and events.
• Collaborate with other consultants to ensure client needs are met.
• Attend industry events and meetings to enhance visibility and relationships.
• Contribute to marketing initiatives to position the agency as a leading partner in construction.
