Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with candidates through calls and email campaigns.
• Speak with candidates to understand experience, aspirations, availability and requirements.
• Identify and engage with new candidates for current and future opportunities.
• Support Recruitment Consultants with live vacancies and ongoing campaigns.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and keep database up to date.
• Develop knowledge of the construction, engineering and property sectors.
