Job summary

KDK Recruitment Limited is seeking an Apprentice Recruitment Consultant to join our team in the UK. This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, with hours around 08:30, and offers an apprenticeship scheme with full training and ongoing support.

You're positioned to learn recruitment fundamentals, engage with candidates and clients, and progress within the business as you gain experience in search, screening and placement processes.

Qualifications

• Organised and able to handle multiple tasks to deadlines.
• Confident in communicating with people at all levels.
• Willing to learn and develop within an apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

• Providing administrative support to the recruitment team.
• Speaking with candidates and clients via telephone and email.
• Maintaining accurate records and updating recruitment systems.
• Advertising vacancies and arranging interviews.
• Assisting with candidate sourcing and compliance checks.
• Supporting consultants with day-to-day recruitment activities.
