Job summary

Bell Building Projects is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our on-site operations. You will lead QA programs across cladding remediation, industrial builds and refurbishments, ensuring all projects meet the highest quality and compliance standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Strong knowledge of the Building Safety Act 2022 and Golden Thread requirements.
• Ability to configure QA systems and instruct others; Procore training provided.
• Experience in construction QA or related field.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and compliance regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Strong leadership with experience managing QA programmes.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Relevant certifications in quality management are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement QA processes to ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of construction sites, materials, and workmanship, identifying and addressing quality issues.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and subcontractors to establish and maintain quality objectives.
• Provide guidance and training to teams on quality assurance best practices.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to quality concerns, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Review and approve quality documentation, including inspection reports and compliance certificates.
• Monitor and track quality performance metrics, analysing data to drive continuous improvement.
• Stay up to date with industry best practices, regulatory changes, and advancements in quality assurance.
