Job summary

Cotech Building Careers is seeking a Project Planner in the UK to deliver planning and programming support for pre-contract and live projects. You will work with the project teams to shape programmes, resource needs and milestones to support tenders and project execution.

The role requires strong knowledge of planning techniques and Asta PowerProject software, with an emphasis on clear communication, risk assessment and value creation for successful bids and delivery.

Qualifications

• Construction relevant Degree, working knowledge of Asta Power Projects
• Knowledge of planning techniques, tender process and Asta Powerproject planning software

Responsibilities

• Provide an effective planning and programming service for pre-contract and project teams.
• Identify advantages for the client and team when the contract is awarded.
• Obtain programme advice from key trade contractors/suppliers.
• Ensure the project team are briefed with Tender plan and Programme at handover.
