Responsibilities

Assist Project Managers with the planning, scheduling, and coordination of construction projects.
Monitor project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and key deadlines; coordinate site activities, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project files, records, drawings, specifications, and correspondence; prepare and distribute project reports and meeting minutes.
Assist with the preparation of project documentation, handover packs, and completion records; ensure documentation is distributed to stakeholders in a timely manner.
