Job summary

Randox Laboratories is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead delivery of building, civil, fit-out and infrastructure projects from feasibility through handover. You will develop programmes, budgets and procurement plans, monitor progress and manage risks across sites in the UK and Ireland, with travel required.

With a full-time permanent contract and 40 hours per week, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, consultants and contractors, ensuring compliance with CDM and UK

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction (building, civil, fit‑out or infra).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing and site operations.
• Good understanding of UK health & safety legislation (CDM Regulations).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in project reporting and use of common PM tools.
• Right to work in the UK; no visa sponsorship required.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Flexibility to travel throughout the UK and Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and deliver construction projects from feasibility to handover.
• Develop and manage project programmes, budgets, risks, and procurement plans.
• Monitor progress and take corrective action for delays or costs.
• Lead project and site meetings with clients and contractors.
• Manage contracts in line with terms (e.g. JCT, NEC) and approve payments.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and company policies.
• Oversee snagging, commissioning and handover documentation.
