Job summary

Une entreprise internationale de construction recherche un gestionnaire de projet dynamique pour diriger des projets de haute qualité à Portsmouth. Le candidat idéal aura au moins 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets et une solide compréhension des opérations de construction. Vous serez responsable de garantir le respect des délais et des normes de qualité tout en coordonnant avec des équipes et des parties prenantes internes et externes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en tant que gestionnaire de projet dans le bâtiment.
• Compréhension solide des opérations de site et des dessins techniques.
• Connaissances en langue italienne souhaitées.

Responsibilities

• Gérer les projets de construction depuis la planification jusqu'à l'achèvement.
• Préparer et superviser des plannings de projets détaillés.
• Maintenir une forte présence sur site pour superviser les activités quotidiennes.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to support our client's expanding operations in London. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in general contracting and be ready to lead projects from inception to handover, ensuring the highest quality and compliance with strict deadlines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage construction projects from planning through to completion, ensuring targets for time, cost, and quality are met.

· Prepare, update, and oversee detailed project schedules.

· Monitor all phases of work, proactively reporting progress and risks.

· Maintain strong on-site presence, supervising day-to-day activities and contractors.

· Coordinate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders.

· Ensure all operations comply with safety regulations and quality assurance standards.

Requirements

· Degree in Engineering or a Technical Diploma.

· Minimum 5 years' experience in a Project Manager role within construction or general contracting.

· Solid understanding of site operations and technical drawings.

· Strong knowledge of safety regulations and industry best practices.

· Proficient with Autocad 2D, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Excel.

· Knowledge of the Italian language.
