Job summary

Bath and North East Somerset Council is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager – Level II to join the Capital Construction Programme. You will be integral to transforming the UNESCO World Heritage site and delivering a diverse portfolio across housing, public spaces and estates, with a focus on net-zero by 2030.

The role offers flexible working arrangements, including home working, and an opportunity to lead across a £200m+ portfolio within a supportive Programme and Construction PM

Qualifications

• Experience in construction design, planning and technical project management delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of construction projects across Highways, Corporate and Commercial Estates, Housing and Compliance Maintenance.
• Support delivery toward net-zero by 2030 as part of wider programme goals.
