Job summary

Pristine Glazing & Renewables Ltd is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our growing team in Wickford, Essex. The role involves coordinating glazing, insulation and retrofit projects, liaising with clients and contractors, and ensuring on-time delivery from start to finish.

The successful candidate will manage multiple projects, maintain documentation, monitor costs and contribute to health and safety compliance. Full-time, permanent role with a competitive salary.

Responsibilities

• Managing and coordinating construction projects from initial instruction through to completion.
• Planning, scheduling and monitoring works to ensure deadlines are achieved.
• Liaising with clients, principal contractors, suppliers, subcontractors and installation teams.
• Preparing and managing project documentation, reports and handover records.
• Monitoring project costs, variations, payment applications and commercial deadlines.
• Coordinating material orders, deliveries and installation schedules.
• Identifying potential delays or issues and taking proactive steps to resolve them.
• Maintaining accurate project records and ensuring compliance with company procedures.
• Supporting health and safety, quality assurance and retrofit compliance requirements.
• Responding promptly to client enquiries and communications.
• Building strong client relationships and identifying opportunities for new and repeat business.
