The role requires 3+ years in construction project coordination or related account management, with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction project coordination or account management.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and terminology.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Valid driver’s license (site visits required).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple small-scale construction projects.
• Track project progress, update timelines, and ensure deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
• Prepare and review project documentation, proposals, budgets, and change orders.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address issues proactively.
• Handle client communications, resolve issues, and provide regular updates.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Support business development efforts through client retention and referral generation.
