An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join an award-winning construction business delivering some of the finest bespoke residential properties in the South East.

We are seeking a proven Project Manager to take full responsibility for the delivery of a prestigious luxury home in Henley-on-Thames. This is a flagship project involving the construction of a large, high-specification bespoke residence where quality, attention to detail and client satisfaction are paramount.

As the No.1 on site, you will lead the project from construction through to completion, coordinating subcontractors, managing programmes, maintaining quality standards and acting as the primary point of contact for the client throughout the build process.

Key Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the successful delivery of a luxury bespoke residential project
• Manage site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure programme targets are achieved
• Maintain exceptional quality standards throughout all stages of construction
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders
• Coordinate project logistics, resources and site activities
• Monitor health and safety compliance and site performance
• Manage budgets, progress reporting and project documentation
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within high-end residential construction
• Demonstrable track record delivering bespoke luxury homes, premium residential developments or similar high-specification projects
• Strong client-facing skills and experience managing discerning private clients
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive project delivery
• Strong understanding of construction processes, quality control and programme management
