Job Opportunity: Project Manager

Due to increased workload, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. This permanent position involves managing projects valued between £3m and £20m within a 30-mile radius of Harrogate.

The successful candidate will work alongside our extensive team, involved in all project phases from Pre-Construction to on-site management. Responsibilities include managing internal staff and subcontractors, health and safety, works programming, client and architect liaison, and overseeing materials and subcontract procurement to ensure top-quality project delivery within deadlines and budget.

Experience and Qualifications

• Proven track record in delivering construction projects on time and within budget
• Minimum of 10 years of Site Management experience
• Extensive knowledge of construction processes and industry best practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project
• Strong commitment to quality, with a history of repeat business over 40 years
• Experience in people management and excellent communication skills
• Good IT skills and at least an SMSTS qualification
