Qualifications

• Over 10 years of project management experience, especially with large-scale projects.
• Experience implementing large-scale projects in the public sector.
• Experience integrating applications into the Technology-1 ERP system desirable but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Led and delivered at least three large-scale, successful projects.
• Manage project plans, track deliverables, and ensure quality assurance.
• Join and manage existing well-established projects.

Start Date: 1st July 2025
Duration: 12 months with a 12 month extension possible (Outside IR35)

Location: Home Based with very occasional visits to Worcestershire area (1-2X a month)

Experience
- Led and deliveredat least three large-scale, successful projects.
- Crucial experienceintegrating applications into theTechnology-1 ERP system, the council’s core system.
- Over10 years of project management experience, particularly with larger projects.
- Experience implementinglarge-scale projects in the public sector.
- Proven ability to join and manage projects that are already well-established.

Skills and Qualifications
- Aproject management qualification(e.g., PMP or equivalent).
- Theoretical and practical knowledge of project management techniques and tools.
- Proficiency inproject management software tools.
- Expertise instrategic planning, risk management, and change management.
- Ability to manage project plans, track deliverables, ensure quality assurance, and handle risk tracking.
- Familiarity withCivica CxandTotal Mobilesystems is advantageous but not mandatory.
