The HACS Group is an independent Construction, Building & Civil Engineering services contractor based in Harrogate, North Yorkshire. Established in 1985 by current Managing Director Mark Smith, HACS has built a reputation for quality and reliability in delivering medium to large-scale projects up to £20m.
Due to increased workload, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. This is a permanent position covering project values between £3m and £20m within a 30-mile radius of Harrogate.
The successful candidate will work alongside our extensive team, involved in all project aspects from Pre-Construction to on-site management of staff and subcontractors, health and safety, works programming, and liaising with clients and architects. Responsibilities also include overseeing materials and subcontract procurement to ensure top-quality project delivery on time and within budget.
