Bennett & Game Recruitment Ltd in Northampton is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join a well-established consultancy. You will manage projects from inception to completion, maintain client relationships, and lead meetings across industrial, commercial, education and leisure sectors.

The role offers hybrid working, a competitive salary (£50,000–£70,000) with car allowance and great progression opportunities toward chartership with APM, CIOB or RICS, plus generous benefits and ongoing

Qualifications

• Experience as Project Manager in client-side, construction or consultancy.
• Full understanding of construction lifecycle from inception to delivery.
• Proven procurement and contract administration (JCT).
• Knowledge of construction technology and QA processes.
• Strong ability to manage client relationships.
• Ability to work independently to deadlines and budgets.
• Working towards chartership with APM, CIOB or RICS.
• Hold a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Managing construction projects across the full lifecycle from inception to completion.
• Acting as primary client contact and maintaining strong relationships.
• Leading project meetings and providing progress reports.
• Managing procurement processes and contract administration (JCT).
• Coordinating consultants, contractors and stakeholders for delivery.
• Undertaking quality inspections and monitoring standards.
• Supporting due diligence and pre-contract stages.
• Mentoring junior team members where required.
