We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager, based in Leeds, to join a thriving principal contractor working primarily on façade remediation projects. With a full order book until 2027, including projects valued up to £22 million such as stadiums, residential high-rises, and commercial buildings, the company has a strong client base with repeat business. A Contracts Manager is needed to support the company's ongoing growth. The successful candidate should have prior experience in fire remediation or cladding contracting. With ambitious plans to grow turnover to £50 million this year, this is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic, forward-thinking business that combines financial strength with a clear vision for long-term success.
