Due to increased workload, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. This is a permanent position managing projects valued between £3m and £20m within a 30-mile radius of Harrogate.
The successful candidate will be involved in all project aspects, from Pre-Construction to on-site management of staff and subcontractors, health and safety, works programming, and liaising with clients and architects. Responsibilities also include overseeing materials and subcontract procurement to ensure quality, deadlines, and budget are met.
