Job summary

PRS is seeking a proactive Project Manager to join a privately owned principal contractor with a heritage background and a track record across refurbishment, fit-out, new build, decarbonisation and Hard FM in high-profile sites.

The role requires PM experience with a main or principal contractor, a proven ability in live or sensitive environments, and strong client skills alongside commercial acumen. The successful candidate will contribute to frameworks and repeat business with national clients.

Job description

My client is a privately owned principal contractor with 40 trading history.

They started in heritage, so their idea of \"careful planning\" was gained on some of the most sensitive buildings in the country. That standard now runs through everything they deliver: refurbishment, fit-out, new build, decarbonisation and Hard FM.

The client list is impressive. A world-famous national stadium. A global food group. Royal palaces, the parliamentary estate, major cultural institutions and embassies. Most of it comes through frameworks and repeat business.

Projects include complex refurbishment and build in high-profile, occupied buildings. Heritage experience a real plus.

Also operational sites, venues and running framework programmes for national clients.
