Job summary

Adler and Allan in the UK is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Project Management team on electrical infrastructure projects. Based in Knebworth, you will handle project administration, upfront planning, supplier and subcontractor liaison, and scheduling to ensure on-time delivery.

The role involves maintaining project records, generating reports, coordinating resources, and assisting Project Managers with CDM/RAMS, purchase orders, and site communications.

Qualifications

  • Experience in construction or utilities industry advantageous.
  • Understanding of project lifecycles in electrical projects.

Responsibilities

  • Updating internal project monitoring systems
  • Filing and document control for project documentation
  • Attend planning meetings and prepare minutes; chase actions
  • Support Project Manager with Construction Phase Plans
  • Collate utility statistics for job packs
  • Material ordering and sub-contractor quote requests
  • Collate and distribute job packs, CDM & RAMS
  • Prepare weekly resource planning schedule
  • Raise purchase orders and payment requests
  • Support Streetworks Coordinator as needed
  • Manage Weekly Works Report and communicate with site teams
  • Ensure project files are stored in correct folders
