You will be the key link between clients, contractors and Oakwrights, coordinating stages, reading drawings, and supporting design and manufacturing teams. A proactive, detail‑oriented mindset and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, site coordination, or project management.
• Strong communication with clients and confidence working with them.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and construction information.
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset and good organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate construction projects through defined delivery stages.
• Act as the main point of contact for Oakwrights clients and contractors.
• Monitor progress and ensure alignment with timelines and delivery dates.
• Manage stage payments professionally and efficiently.
• Read and interpret construction and architectural drawings.
• Conduct site visits, surveys, and inspections.
• Ensure all health & safety and quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with internal teams including design, manufacturing, and site crews.
