Qualifications

• Industry experience within Construction.
• Level 2 qualification or above in a Construction-related discipline.
• Hands-on practical skills and good technical knowledge.
• Good understanding of Health & Safety.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• No teaching experience required.
• Looking for a long-term career in education.

Responsibilities

• Deliver practical Construction instruction and workshop support.
• Assist lecturers in delivering engaging practical lessons.
• Supervise learners during workshop activities.
• Maintain tools, equipment and workshop facilities.
• Ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed at all times.
• Full teacher training provided.
• Monday to Friday.
