Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Planner to coordinate and assist in producing documents for Preconstruction and Construction teams in Cardiff. You will participate in tender and on-site opportunities, and help prepare design, procurement and construction programmes using Powerproject software.

The role focuses on attention to detail, working under pressure and delivering under demanding deadlines while collaborating with internal and external teams on project strategies and progress reporting.

• Coordinate and assist in the production of documents to support Preconstruction and Construction teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assist in the production of a variety of documents to support the Preconstruction and Construction teams.
• Assist with tender, pre-construction and on-site construction opportunities as they arise.
• Prepare and assist with the preparation of design, procurement and construction programmes using Powerproject software.
• Develop and present tender programmes for review.
• Develop project strategies and preparation of logistics plans and methodologies.
• Prepare and assist with the production of written reports and method statements for internal and external submissions.
• Work with site teams in the production of short-term programmes to suit project requirements, including progress control and reporting.
