Job summary

Sphere Solutions is seeking a Planner to coordinate and assist in producing documents for Preconstruction and Construction teams, with a focus on accuracy and meeting tight deadlines. You will support the development of programmes and collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.

This role requires a proactive team player who can manage multiple requests, utilise Powerproject, and contribute to tender and on-site planning activities while reporting progress to senior staff

Qualifications

• Good attention to detail and ability to work under pressure with demanding deadlines.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage competing priorities.
• Experience supporting preconstruction and construction planning activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assist in production of documents to support Preconstruction and Construction teams.
• Involve with tender, pre-construction and on site construction opportunities as they arise.
• Prepare and assist with the preparation of design, procurement and construction programmes using Powerproject software or similiar.
• Through a combination of industry output and supply chain liaison develop and present tender programmes for review.
• Development of project strategies and preparation of logistics plans and methodologies; schedule site setups and major plant requirements; report findings to internal and external teams, formulating and recommending solutions.
• Prepare and assist with the production of written reports and method statements for internal and external submissions.
• Work with site teams in the production of short term programmes as to suit project requirements; progress control and reporting functions.
