Job summary

Bowmer + Kirkland is seeking a Planner to develop tender programmes and phasing plans, ensuring subcontract package information and input from the construction management team are incorporated. The role suits someone who communicates clearly and applies reliable, practical judgement.

Typically 40 hours over 5 days per week, 08:30am–5:30pm. You will collaborate with design managers to produce design release schedules that meet construction programme requirements.

Qualifications

• Clear communication, reliability and practical judgement are essential.
• Experience with 4D planning software and BIM project requirements.
• Ability to develop tender programmes and phasing plans with input from construction management.
