Job summary

Established Regional Contractor is seeking a Construction Planner in Derby to develop and manage comprehensive project programmes from pre-construction through to completion. You will work with project delivery teams to ensure accurate planning and reporting across Residential, Logistics, Industrial and Commercial sectors.

The role offers exposure to diverse projects, a collaborative environment and opportunities for career development within a growing regional contractor.

Qualifications

• Some experience in construction planning or related activity.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, specs and bills of quantities.
• Experience with project planning software and systems (e.g. MS Project, Primavera).
• Strong IT skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor and manage detailed project programmes.
• Support Design, Procurement, Commissioning and Completion programmes.
• Assist with critical path analysis to achieve milestones.
• Review drawings and bills of quantities to develop build sequences.
• Provide accurate programme reporting to project teams.
