Job summary

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting an experienced Painter to work on a construction site in Cowbridge. The role covers internal and external painting, touching up walls, ceilings, doors and frames, and ensuring a high-quality finish.

The ideal candidate will hold a CSCS card, have NVQ Level 2 in Painting & Decorating, bring prior site experience, and supply their own tools. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with a negotiable hourly rate and on-site parking.

Qualifications

• Valid CSCS Card is preferred or required.
• NVQ Level 2 in Painting & Decorating is preferred.
• Full PPE is required on site.
• Own painting and decorating tools must be brought.
• Previous experience on construction sites is essential.
• Experience painting internal and external areas is required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out internal and external painting.
• Paint and touch up walls, ceilings, doors, and frames.
• Prepare surfaces as required to achieve a high-quality finish.
• Ensure all painting work is completed to a high standard.
• Maintain a clean and safe working area.
