Job summary

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting an experienced Painter to work on a construction site in Cowbridge. The role covers internal and external painting across varying areas, Monday to Friday, 7:30am–5:00pm, for 6–8 weeks with the possibility of ongoing work.

Requirements include a valid CSCS card, NVQ Level 2 in Painting & Decorating preferred, full PPE, and own tools. Previous site experience is essential to deliver high-quality finishes while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

Qualifications

• Experience painting on construction sites, internal and external surfaces.
• Ability to prepare surfaces and achieve high-quality finishes.
• Must carry out painting to required standards.
