Build Recruitment is seeking an organised Operations & Logistics Manager for our Chafford Hundred office in Essex. This full-time, office-based role sits at the heart of coordinating yard, office, and site operations, ensuring crews, vehicles and projects run smoothly.

You'll manage office coordination, scheduling, fleet compliance and project administration, working in a busy scaffolding environment with a proactive, no-nonsense approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in an office coordination, scheduling or operations role (construction/trades background desirable).
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Strong communication with site teams, drivers and clients.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily calls, emails and client queries.
• Prepare and distribute daily team sheets, job packs and site notes.
• Plan and route daily work schedules for site operatives.
• Coordinate vehicle servicing, fuel usage and compliance.
• Maintain project folders and weekly project returns.
