Worley in London is seeking a proven Construction Manager (PMC) to lead the development of the Construction Execution Strategy and methodologies across FEED to handover for a major Green Hydrogen, Ammonia, MeOH, Urea, Biogas, Gasification, Syngas and CCU complex.

Based from our London Hub in Chiswick with travel to Europe, SE Asia and India, you will coordinate with contractors, ensure safety, quality, schedule and budget, and engage with clients and senior management to deliver value for the

Competenze

• A degree in engineering or construction related subject.
• A leading HSE qualification.
• International project delivery/governance experience on large projects $500m+.
• Experience engaging with clients, senior management and key stakeholders.
• Proven HSE delivery including Principal Contractor role, SIMOPS, HAZID and safe systems of work.
• Strong commercial acumen across contracting models and risk management.
• Motivational leadership with excellent communication and ability to build high-performance culture.

• Drive and oversee development of Construction Execution Strategy and methodologies.
• Lead construction teams, coordinate with contractors to plan safely and deliver on time and budget.
• Liaise with stakeholders and clients for alignment and decision making.
• Promote right to left thinking in home office design to support construction planning through handover.
• Develop home office and site construction procedures and monitoring.
• Monitor contractor performance and implement improvements to maintain schedule.
• Contribute to managing project construction risk and HAZID reviews.
