Job summary

KONE is seeking a Construction Manager to lead the Lifts Installation team in Glasgow. You will manage project scope, schedule and budget, acting as the main interface to customers and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and profitability.

The role emphasizes team leadership, subcontractor management, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance across the project lifecycle. A full-time position based in Glasgow with hybrid working options is offered.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of project teams and subcontractors.
• Strong stakeholder management with customers and suppliers.
• Experience in financial planning, budgeting and change control.
• Solid health and safety knowledge and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from sales/installation handover to completion and handover to maintenance.
• Lead site preparations, logistics and resourcing for installation teams and subcontractors.
• Ensure ongoing customer communication and alignment with KONE policies.
• Monitor project scope, schedule, budget and cash flow; forecast revenue and change orders.
• Drive safety culture and ensure compliance with safety policies.
