Job summary

KONE is seeking a Construction Manager to lead installation operations across the UK region, based from Basingstoke or Woking. You will oversee multiple projects, drive safety, and deliver on time and budget in line with our high standards.

Collaborate with Project Managers, Installation Engineers, customers and contractors to ensure successful outcomes. You will coach teams, identify risks early, and continuously improve performance across sites from Swindon to West London.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Construction Manager/Installation Manager/Project Manager or similar leadership role.
• Proven experience delivering projects within construction, engineering, infrastructure, lift & escalator, or other installation-led environments.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Good knowledge of health and safety within construction or engineering environments.
• Full UK driving licence.

KONE is looking for a Construction Manager to lead installation operations across a key region, overseeing multiple projects, driving team performance, and ensuring safe, efficient delivery for our customers. This is a leadership role with real impact. You'll work closely with Project Managers, Installation Engineers, customers, and contractors to deliver projects on time, to budget, and to the high standards KONE is known for.

Based from our Basingstoke or Woking office | Covering the M4 Corridor from Swindon to West London.
