Job summary

Servpro is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee all construction projects, ensuring top-quality service for customers and clients. You will manage diverse functions across projects, focusing on schedules, budgets, and compliance.

A PMP is preferred, along with exceptional organizational and leadership skills. The role requires effective communication, the ability to work under challenging conditions, and the stamina to walk, stand, and climb as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities required.
• Ability to meet established production goals and maintain profitability.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
• Exposure to extreme conditions such as heat.
• Ability to walk/stand for long periods and climb ladders.
• Exposure to loud noise at job sites.
• Background check may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of all construction projects and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure project schedules are in place and monitor completion timelines and budgets.
• Ensure work complies with plans, specifications, codes and scope requirements.
• Document each project thoroughly with photos, contracts, change orders, etc.
• Conduct end-of-day/end-of-job debriefs with other superintendents.
