Job summary

Mech Tech Professionals in Swansea seeks a Construction Manager with expertise in EPC, electrical and civils projects, and HSE leadership to drive a large infrastructure program.

As principal contractor under CDM regulations, you will manage engineering, procurement and construction delivery, control budgets and schedules, and ensure safety and quality targets. This permanent role offers pension and holiday pay and is ideal for candidates based in South Wales.

Qualifications

• Expertise in managing and delivering construction, electrical and civils projects.
• Extensive experience as a Principal Contractor.
• Expertise in EPC activities and EPC projects.
• Knowledgeable of NEC4 forms of contract.
• HND/HNC in relevant discipline.
• SMSTS, NEBOSH and CSCS.

Construction Manager with expertise in EPC activities, construction, electrical and civils projects, and managing HSE teams .

• Permanent role - Swansea
• £75,000 - £85,000 pa
• Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week
• Company Pension and Holiday pay

Summary purpose of role:

Working on a very large infrastructure project in Swansea, acting as principal contractor under CDM regulations, manage delivery of Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) activities plus achieve and manage key targets related to budgets, time, quality and health and safety.
