Sphere Solutions are seeking an experienced Electrical Building Services Manager to join a major construction scheme in Cardiff, South Wales. This role focuses on coordinating and delivering the electrical services package on a high-value project worth GBP300m.

You will lead electrical installation activities, oversee specialist subcontractors, ensure compliance with drawings, specs, programme, and health and safety standards, and drive on-site delivery with the project team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Electrical Building Services Manager or similar electrical management role.
• Strong background in electrical building services on major construction projects.
• Experience managing electrical subcontractors and installation teams.
• Understanding of electrical services installation, testing and commissioning.
• Ability to interpret electrical drawings, specifications and construction programmes.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Proactive approach to quality assurance, health and safety, and project delivery.

Sphere Solutions are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Building Services Manager to join a major construction scheme in Cardiff, with a project value of approximately GBP300m.

This is an exciting opportunity for an electrically biased building services professional to take responsibility for the coordination and delivery of electrical services on a substantial construction project.

Working alongside the wider project delivery team, you will oversee electrical installation activities, coordinate specialist contractors and ensure works are completed safely, to specification and in line with the construction programme.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the electrical building services package throughout the construction phase.

• Oversee electrical installation works, ensuring compliance with project specifications, drawings and programme requirements.

• Coordinate electrical subcontractors, specialist contractors and installation teams.
