Future Engineering Recruitment Ltd in the South West England region seeks an experienced Construction Manager to lead the external building envelope package on a flagship development. The role involves coordinating with Project Managers, managing subcontractors and driving the programme to meet milestones.

Ideal candidates have prior experience in cladding, façade or external envelope management within large-scale main contracts, data centres or industrial environments.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Construction Manager, Package Manager, Senior Site Manager, Façade Manager, Cladding Manager or Building Envelope Manager.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the building envelope package (cladding, façade, roofing and external works).
• Coordinate with Project Managers to ensure package delivery.
• Manage specialist subcontractors, drive programme and milestones.
• Review technical drawings and installation methodologies.
• Lead quality inspections, snagging and handover activities.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Construction Manager / Package Manager to lead the delivery of the external building envelope package on a flagship development.

Your Role as Construction Manager / Package Manager Will Include:

• Managing the delivery of the building envelope package, including cladding, façade, roofing and associated external works.
• Working closely alongside Project Managers to ensure successful package coordination and project delivery.
• Managing specialist subcontractors, driving programme and monitoring progress against key milestones.
• Reviewing technical drawings, specifications and installation methodologies.
• Leading quality inspections, snagging and handover activities.

As A Construction Manager / Package Manager You Will Have:

• Previous experience as a Construction Manager, Package Manager, Senior Site Manager, Façade Manager, Cladding Manager or Building Envelope Manager.
• Strong experience managing cladding, façade, roofing or external envelope packages on major construction projects.
• Main contractor experience delivering large-scale construction projects.
• Experience within data centres, industrial, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, commercial or other technically complex construction environments.
• Excellent leadership, coordination and programme management skills..
