Job Description

We are seeking a construction manager experienced with Windows, Doors, and Decks. The candidate should be capable of measuring windows for both new construction and remodel jobs, and determining when a replacement window or a new construction window is appropriate based on house construction limitations. Knowledge of deck construction, material take-offs, and code compliance based on jurisdiction is required.

The candidate must be proficient with email and Microsoft Office. Market Sharp knowledge is a plus. Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently and maintain constant updates with clients and their files electronically is essential.
