Job summary

Carmichael UK in Didcot is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead day-to-day site delivery on a civil engineering project. You will work closely with the Project Manager to keep works safe, organised and on programme.

Key responsibilities include managing site teams and subcontractors, coordinating activities, monitoring programme and H&S, resolving delivery issues, and communicating with the wider project team to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong construction/civils background.
• Experience managing subcontractors and site teams.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Tier 1 contractor experience is beneficial.
