Based in Dublin & delivering throughout Europe, this is a fantastic opportunity to be a CSA (Civil, Structural and Architectural) expert on site for this leading contractor. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex construction projects. As the CSA Construction Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of the project while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Requirements
- Manage the coordination of the Civil, Structural, and Architectural work packages.
- Manage and support the CSA team (supervisors, engineers, and package managers) to successfully deliver the CSA scope on a fast-track and technical project.
- Oversee site safety in collaboration with the Project Manager and Safety Team.
- Promote a culture of Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental responsibility within your team.
- Plan and monitor procurement, design, engineering, and installation for all CSA works.
- Develop project delivery strategies for CSA work. Support the commercial team in creating ‘Scope of Work’ documents and sub-contract packages.
- Review client designs, identify discrepancies or deviations from standards, and lead resolution efforts, safeguarding the company's contractual position.
- Develop and oversee a site plan for Quality Assurance and Quality Control to ensure compliance.
- Manage daily site operations, including contractor management, safety, and quality assurance/control.
- Coordinate project schedule management with planning teams and subcontractors.
- Liaise with the design team to ensure timely and aligned information flow.
- Manage subcontractor activities, monitor progress, and resource allocation.
- Lead weekly progress meetings with supply chain members.
- Maintain all subcontractor documentation properly.
- Participate in site meetings, project reviews, and handover activities.
- Oversee project close-out procedures, including punch lists and safety files.
- Apply methodical thinking and problem-solving skills to address design and site challenges.
- Generate daily and weekly reports for the project team.
- Support commercial meetings to manage variations and client changes.
- Review drawings and setting-out information.
- Coordinate builders' works drawings related to MEP services.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years CSA construction site experience.
- Proven success in managing CSA work packages.
- Ability to oversee entire project scope while managing technical details.
- Experience in scheduling, programming, and sequencing, including 4-week and week-ahead forecasts.
- Effective management of internal construction teams.
- Experience delivering large-scale projects.
